Cancellation and Refund Policy for Quizzy Owl:

At Quizzy Owl, we are committed to providing high-quality online quizzes and learning content to help students prepare for Olympiad Level exams. Our payment model is subscription-based, offering both monthly and annual subscription options. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation by the User:
– Users have the right to cancel their subscription at any time.
– To cancel a subscription, users must log in to their Quizzy Owl account and follow the cancellation process provided in the account settings.
– Upon cancellation, users will continue to have access to our quizzes and learning content until the end of the current subscription period.
– No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.

2. Cancellation by Quizzy Owl:
– Quizzy Owl reserves the right to cancel a user’s subscription in the event of a breach of our terms of service or for any other valid reason.
– In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

Refund Policy:

At Quizzy Owl, we have a non-refundable policy for the following reasons:

1. Unlimited Access: When a user purchases a subscription, they gain instant and unlimited access to our quizzes and learning content. This access is granted immediately upon payment (Unless the payment is made in offline mode like bank transfer), and it is not possible for us to revoke access or retrieve the resources once they have been used.

This ongoing investment in content means that the value of a subscription is not tied to a specific point in time but rather to the entire subscription period.

3. Operational Costs: Quizzy Owl incurs operational and administrative costs to maintain the platform, deliver content, and provide customer support. These costs are incurred regardless of whether a user decides to cancel their subscription early.

4. Fair Pricing: To keep our subscription prices affordable for all users, we have factored in the costs associated with maintaining the platform and providing continuous updates. Refunding subscriptions would necessitate higher subscription fees for all users, which we aim to avoid.

5. Transparency: We provide detailed information about our subscription plans, pricing, and cancellation policy before users make a purchase. Users have the opportunity to review this information and make an informed decision.
